My leg is healing very well and I’m almost up to walking without a limp since the fall on 23 November. I can’t wait to be able to walk properly now as I’m all psych up after getting some tips from Shemah on what to do as an exercise noobie. I wonder if I can speed up the process of fat burning if I were to take fat burner supplements or something. The adapexin reviews sure looks interesting from where I’m sitting as it’s supposed to increase metabolic rate. I’m impatient that way but I reckon I better stick to traditional exercise first and see how it goes eh?
I’m just hoping this burning drive would stay with me till that day come!
