I’ve been cheating. Yeap, you heard me, I’ve been cheating. Cheating with what you may ask? Well cheating with my food intake. You see, as I mentioned in my food blog, I’ve been cooking these past few days and because of that I’ve been eating a substantial amount. But.. to sort of make myself feel better, I’ve been taking detoxifying tea and colon cleanser. I know that it may not do anything for me but at least I don’t feel too guilty over eating too much rice.. lol!
